Red,white and Green Bean Salad

  1. Cook green beans in boiling salted water until just tender,3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Drain and rinse under cold running water; drain again and pat dry with towel.
  3. Transfer to large bowl, add Great Northern beans, radishes,green onions and parsley.
  4. Combine garlic,oil,vinegar,lemon juice and salt and pepper in small bowl and whisk to blend.
  5. Add to beans and toss gently.
  6. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
