Marinated Tortellini & Vegetable Salad
- 2 pkg (250 g) each refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 2 each: tomatoes, seeded and chopped and green onions, sliced
- 1 green pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 cup pitted black olives
- 1/2 cup Kraft Greek with Feta and Oregano Dressing & Marinade
- 1/4 cup each: Cracker Barrel Crumbled Feta Cheese with Oregano, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Black Pepper and chopped parsley
- mixed salad greens
- COOK pasta according to package directions; set aside.
- COMBINE vegetables and olives; pour dressing over.
- Cover; marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight.
- Drain; reserve dressing.
- TOSS together vegetable mixture, pasta and parsley.
- Spoon vegetable mixture onto greens-covered serving platter.
- Sprinkle with cheese; serve with reserved dressing.
