Marinated Tortellini & Vegetable Salad

  1. COOK pasta according to package directions; set aside.
  2. COMBINE vegetables and olives; pour dressing over.
  3. Cover; marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight.
  4. Drain; reserve dressing.
  5. TOSS together vegetable mixture, pasta and parsley.
  6. Spoon vegetable mixture onto greens-covered serving platter.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese; serve with reserved dressing.
