Banana Frosting

• 1 medium mashed ripe banana
• 12 cup butter
• 14 cup buttermilk
• 5 cups powdered sugar (more or less as needed to obtain consistency)

1. cream banana, butter and buttermilk in a medium bowl.
2. add powdered sugar a cup at a time until of spreadable consistency.
