Fried chicken
- 1 chicken thighs
- 2 cup of flour
- 1 handful of cornmeal
- 1 table spoon of salt and pepper.
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 2 cup of cooking oil
- In a bowl add cornmeal, salt , pepper, and flour .
- Stir really good.
- In a separate bowl add egg, teaspoon of salt, teaspoon of pepper and scramble.
- Now cut your chicken into small bite size.
- And throw it inside the batter mix it stir it till its all covered in seasoning.
- Now heat your oil.
- Really hot.
- Than once it's hot take your chicken put it through the flour and fill your pot up .
- Cook it for 10 min or till its a nice golden color.
- And before you take out the chicken you can take one piece put to check and see if it's cooked make sure it's not pink.
- It's all nice and white.
- Once it's cooked take it out set it on a paper towel on plate and sprinkle some salt and pepper to taste.
- And serve.
