Colby Jack, Chicken & Spinach Salad

• 1 bag (6 oz.) baby spinach leaves
• 2 cups chopped cooked chicken Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
• 2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
• 1 cucumber, cut lengthwise in half, sliced
• 1/2 cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing
• 1 cup KRAFT Natural 2% Milk Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese Crumbles

1. Toss spinach with chicken, tomatoes and cucumber in large bowl.
2. Add dressing; mix lightly.
3. Sprinkle with cheese.
