Salisbury Steak & Onion Gravy Recipe

• 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
• 1 can of onion soup (take out 1/3 c. for meat)
• 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
• 1 egg, slightly beaten
• 1/4 teaspoon salt & dash of pepper

1. Mix meat, 1/3 c. onion soup, crumbs, egg and seasonings.
2. Form into 6 oval patties and brown both sides.
3. Remove patties.
