Shrimp Roumalade Recipe

  1. Can be made 3 to 4 days in advance.
  2. Fold in jar and cold.
  3. Put clean, cooked shrimp on bed of lettuce.
  4. Sprinkle minced hard-cooked Large eggs over shrimp, pour roumalade over everything.
  5. Cherry tomato on the side.
