Shrimp Roumalade Recipe
- 1/3 c. salad oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon real horseradish
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 4 teaspoon warm mustard
- 1 c. fine minced celery
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley
- 1/4 c. fine minced green onions
- Shrimp, clean, cooked, cool
- Hard-cooked Large eggs
- Cherry tomatoes
- Can be made 3 to 4 days in advance.
- Fold in jar and cold.
- Put clean, cooked shrimp on bed of lettuce.
- Sprinkle minced hard-cooked Large eggs over shrimp, pour roumalade over everything.
- Cherry tomato on the side.
