Broccoli Breakfast Casserole Recipe
- 12 slices frzn bread
- 3/4 pound Old English cheese (Kraft sliced)
- 1 (9 ounce.) box frzn broccoli, minced, cooked, liquid removed
- 2 c. cubed or possibly shaved ham
- 6 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 3 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- Butter 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
- Use biscuit cutter to cut bread into circles.
- Set aside.
- Use scraps to cover bottom of dish.
- Layer 2 - cheese slices.
- Layer 3 - ham.
- Layer 4 - broccoli.
- Layer 5 - circles of bread.
- Combine Large eggs, lowfat milk, salt, dry mustard.
- Mix.
- Pour over layered ingredients making sure the bread slices are saturated.
- Cover with foil and chill overnight.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 55 min.
- Take out and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
- Bake for another 5 min or possibly till golden and hard.
