Acini De Pepe Macaroni Salad Recipe

• 1/3 c. sugar
• 2 tsp flour
• 1/2 c. pineapple juice
• 1 x egg, beaten
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• Healthy pinch of salt
• 1 c. Mandarin oranges (1 sm. can)
• 1 c. pineapple tidbits ( I use 15 ounce can save juice for dressing)
• 1 c. miniature marshmallows
• 1 c. Cold Whip (I use all of 8 ounce carton)

1. Mix all dressing ingredients.
2. Cook till thick.
3. Cold.
4. Combine with macaroni and Cold Whip, marshmallows, pineapple and oranges.
