Aussie Tim Tam Balls
- 2 packets of tim tams
- 395 grams tin condensed milk
- Set out your work station with a food processor, mixing bowl, small bowl, wooden spoon or spatula and long container plus ingredients
- Place some desiccated coconut or grated chocolate into a small bowl.
- Open a packet of Tim Tams, break in half and place in food processor
- Blitz until the biscuits are a fine crumb.
- Transfer to the mixing bowl and repeat with the other packet
- Add in the condensed milk, folding through as you go until there are no dry biscuit crumbs
- With clean hands, roll into balls with your palms and then roll through the coconut.
- Place each ball in a single layer in the container and once done, put in the fridge to set.
- Now let the kiddies lick the bowl clean!
- I used original Tim Tams but you could also use the white or dark chocolate, black forest, Turkish delight, peanut butter etc.
- Or do a combination when entertaining.
- You'll be very popular!
