Pineapple And Cream Cheese Salad Recipe

• 1 lg. cake Philadelphia cream cheese
• 1/8 c. salad dressing or possibly mayonnaise
• 3 tbsp. sugar
• 1 tbsp. lemon juice
• 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
• 1 sm. carton Cold Whip
• 1 pkg. Knox gelatin
• 1/2 pound miniature marshmallows (Kraft)

1. Mix Knox gelatin with 1/8 c. cool water (set back to thicken).
2. Cream cream cheese, salad dressing, sugar and lemon juice.
3. Add in pineapple, then marshmallows.
4. Add in 1/4 c. boiling water to the gelatin mix and add in to the other ingredients.
5. Last, mix in the whipped cream.
6. Place in refrigerator to set.
7. Don't freeze.
8. Optional: You may dot 1/2 maraschino cherries, grnd nuts or possibly both on top.
