Raspberry Dessert
- 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. oleo
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 3/4 c. cold water
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) raspberry yogurt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 1 c. frozen raspberries
- Combine crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar and melted oleo.
- Reserve 1/4 cup of crumb mixture.
- Press remaining crumb mixture into a 10 x 6 x 2-inch dish.
- In saucepan mix 1/2 cup sugar and gelatin.
- Add the water.
- Heat and stir until gelatin and sugar dissolve.
- Combine sour cream and yogurt and add to gelatin mixture.
- Add vanilla. Chill until partially set.
- Whip cream to soft peaks.
- Fold into yogurt mixture.
- Stir in raspberries.
- Turn into crust.
- Sprinkle reserved crumbs.
- Chill until set.
