Zesty Ham Croissant
- 60 each croissants, split
- 2 qt. GREY POUPON Bistro Sauce
- 60 each leaf lettuce
- 10 slices Medium tomatoes, each cut into 6 slices
- 1-3/4 gal. CARVING BOARD Ham Bulk with Natural Juices, shaved
- 60 slices KRAFT Pasteurized Process Swiss Cheese Slice
- For each serving: Spread each cut side of croissant with 1 Tbsp.
- of the bistro sauce.
- Place 1 lettuce leaf, 1 tomato slice, 3 oz.
- ham and 1 process cheese slice on bottom half of croissant; cover with top half of croissant.
- Serve immediately.
- Or, wrap individually and store in refrigerator up to 4 hours.
