Taco Soup
- 2- 1/2 pounds Ground Beef
- 2 envelopes Taco Seasoning (1 Oz Each)
- 2 cans Corn 15 Oz Each
- 2 cans Diced Tomatoes, 15-oz Each
- 2 cans Rotel Diced Tomatoes And Green Chilies (10 Oz Each)
- 2 jars Salsa (16 Oz Each)
- 2 cans Pinto Beans, Drained (16 Oz Each)
- 1 pound Veleeta Cheese, Cubed
- 1 envelope Fiesta Ranch Dressing (dry) (1 Oz)
- 1 envelope Original Ranch Dressing (dry) (1 Oz)
- Brown the ground beef over medium heat and then add the taco seasonings.
- Cook until browned, then drain grease if necessary.
- Add the following to your crock-pot UNDRAINED: corn, diced tomatoes, Rotel tomatoes and salsa.
- DRAIN the pinto beans and add them as well.
- Finally add the seasoned hamburger, Velveeta cheese and both dry ranch packets.
- Set your crock-pot to high and stir occasionally.
- Cook for roughly three hours.
