Bourbon Chicken

  1. In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, onion, bourbon, vinegar, and chili flakes; stir until sugar has dissolved.
  2. Pour over chicken in a 9 x 13 baking dish and stir to coat.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
  4. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F oven for 1 hour, basting every 20 minutes with pan juices.
  5. Serve immediately with pan juices over cooked rice.
