Dried Beef Cheese Ball

• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 3 ounces dried beef
• 2 green onions, chopped
• 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
• 1 1/4 teaspoons monosodium glutamate
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1. In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, dried beef, green onions, onion salt, monosodium glutamate, and Worcestershire sauce.
2. Form the mixture into a ball and refrigerate before serving.
