Smothered Pork Chops

  1. Season the pork chops with garlic powder and black pepper.
  2. Saute in a medium skillet, until no longer pink.
  3. Meanwhile, boil and drain pasta.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Use butter to coat pasta while sitting to flavor and keep from sticking.
  6. Once pork is cooked, add soup and about 2 cups of water to make a sauce.
  7. Let simmer for 5 minutes with a lid on.
  8. Add sour cream, and mix well.
  9. Let simmer for 5 more minutes.
  10. Plate pork chops.
  11. Add pasta as a side, topping with the sauce.
  12. Enjoy!
