Cranberry Walnut Salad With Leafy Greens

  1. Wash, dry and break up lettuce.
  2. I use a mix of lettuces for color and texture.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, toss lettuce with cheese, cranberries and walnuts.
  4. Add olive oil enough to coat, and toss well,
  5. I love to add in:.
  6. Crusty Seasoned Croutons or Yesterday's leftover Crostini.
  7. 1 C Black Olives.
  8. 1/2 C olden Raisins.
  9. I don't often add tomatoes, as I think they tend to get lost in this salad.
  10. But feel free to add them if you need to.
  11. I have made this in the Summer as a light meal, and I've made it along side of Thanksgiving Dinner.
  12. It's quite versitale, and everyone loves it!
