vanilla slice

  1. line a deep 19cm square cake tin with foil
  2. arrange a row of biscuits over the bottom
  3. put milk and cream in a small mixing bow.
  4. sprinkle pudding mix on top
  5. beat for five minutes on medium speed.
  6. pour over biscuits
  7. top with another layer of biscuits (wrong side up)
  8. beat icing sugar passionfruit pulp and butter in a small bowl until smooth
  9. spread over biscuits
  10. put in a fridge overnight before cutting into nine slices to serve
