Hawaiian Cake
- 1 pkg. cake mix (18 1/4 oz.)
- 2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding (3.4 oz.)
- 2 c. cold milk
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 c. maraschino cherries, chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1/2 c. shredded coconut
- 9 oz. container Cool Whip
- Mix cake as directed on package.
- Grease and flour 10 x 15-inch jelly roll pan.
- Pour batter into pan and bake at 350u0b0 for 12 minutes or until done; let cool.
- Combine pudding mix with milk; beat cream cheese into pudding mix and fold whip topping by hand into pudding mix.
- Spread on cooled cake.
- Put pineapple on top of pudding mix and sprinkle with cherries, nuts and coconut.
- Keep refrigerated until served.
