Make Ahead French Bread (Toast)

  1. Butter a large baking dish.
  2. In medium bowl, combine eggs, milk, cream, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  3. Place bread in baking dish in single layer with sides touching.
  4. Pour entire mixture over bread, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  6. In small bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, walnuts and corn syrup.
  7. Spread evenly over bread.
  8. Bake 40 minutes or until puffed and golden.
  9. Serves 6 to 8.
