Creamy Chipotle Potato Salad

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water for 15 min.
  2. or just until tender.
  3. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in large bowl.
  4. Drain potatoes well.
  5. Add to sour cream mixture; mix lightly.
  6. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
