Potato Smashers

  1. Microwave potatoes and water in 2-qt.
  2. microwaveable dish on HIGH 10 min.
  3. or until potatoes are tender.
  4. Let stand 5 min.
  5. Drain potatoes; place on work surface.
  6. Flatten to 1/2-inch thickness.
  7. Heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat.
  8. Add potatoes; cook 4 min.
  9. or until bottoms are golden brown.
  10. Turn potatoes over; top with cheese and bacon.
  11. Cover; cook 2 min.
  12. or until cheese is melted.
