Baked Sour Cream Cheesecake

  1. Combine biscuit crumbs, walnuts and butter.
  2. Press into the base of a 22cm spring form pan.
  3. Chill.
  4. Beat Philly* until smooth, add caster sugar, sour cream, eggs, lemon juice, cornflour and lemon rind, beat well.
  5. Pour into prepared crumb crust and bake in oven 140C for 60 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool in oven.
  7. Chill for 2 hours.
