Pesto Sauce Recipe

• 4 ounce basil leaves, stalks removed and torn into pcs
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp grnd pepper
• 3-4 cloves garlic crushed
• 2 ounce pine kernels or possibly walnuts
• 3 Tbsp. Parmesan
• 3 Tbsp. Pecorino Romano
• 1 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil

1. Put everything except oil in food processor.
2. Stir in oil.
3. Serve on bread or possibly your favorite pasta.
