Vegetarian Pizza

  1. Heat oven to 450u0b0.
  2. Knead wheat germ into pizza dough. Spread dough to 1/2-inch thickness onto a nonstick baking pan coated with cooking spray, sprinkled with corn meal.
  3. In bowl, combine Ricotta cheese, Mozzarella cheese, garlic, oregano and thyme.
  4. Spread mixture onto crust.
  5. Top with vegetables.
  6. Coat with cooking spray.
  7. Bake 18 minutes.
  8. Top with 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese; sprinkle edges with 1 tablespoon wheat germ.
  9. Bake 2 minutes more.
