Bacon & Black Bean Dip
- 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves, divided
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 canned chipotle chile pepper in adobo sauce
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 cans (15 oz. each) black beans, drained
- 4 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- Reserve 2 Tbsp.
- cilantro.
- Process remaining cilantro in food processor with dressing, chipotle pepper and garlic until blended.
- Add beans; process until well blended.
- Spread onto bottom of pie plate; top with bacon.
- Chop reserved cilantro; sprinkle over dip.
