Crab Dip
- 500 g cream cheese
- 12 cup sour cream
- 5 green onions (or to taste)
- 3 crushed garlic cloves (or to taste)
- 2 cups old cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 cans crabmeat, washed and drained
- 1 sourdough loaf
- Pre-heat oven at 350F.
- Hollow out the sourdogh loaf and save the bread for dipping.
- Mix the first 5 ingredients thouroughly.
- Gently mix in the crab meat.
- Fill hollowed out loaf with crab mixture.
- Cover with double tin foil.
- Bake for an hour and a half.
- Dip in and enjoy!
