Crockpot Turkey Taco Chili
- 1 whole Medium Sized Onion, Chopped
- 1 can (16 Oz. Size) Black Beans
- 1 can (16 Oz. Size) Kidney Beans
- 10 ounces, weight Frozen Corn
- 2 cans (14.5 Oz. Size) Diced Tomatoes With Chilies
- 1 can (8 Oz. Size) Tomato Sauce Of Your Choice
- 1 Tablespoon Cumin
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1/2 packages (about 1 Oz. Packet) Taco Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1- 1/2 pound Ground Turkey Meat
- 1/4 cups Chopped Green Onions, For Topping (optional)
- 1 dash Low-fat Mexican Cheese, For Topping (optional)

- Place the onion, beans, corn (still frozen), diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, cumin, chili powder, and taco seasoning in your slow cooker.
- Mix together.

- Season the turkey meat with garlic powder and ground black pepper on both sides and place on top of the bean mixture.
- 3.
- Cook on low for about 10 hours or on high for 6 hours.
- 4.
- Serve and top with scallions and low fat cheese (optional).
