Tossed Turkey, Greens And Berries Recipe

  1. Hull strawberries; throw away hulls.
  2. Halve strawberries.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine berries and greens.
  4. Set aside.
  5. In a 12 inch skillet heat half of the dressing.
  6. Add in the red onion.
  7. Stir-fry for 1 1/2 to 2 min or possibly till onion is tender.
  8. Remove from skillet.
  9. Heat the remaining dressing in same skillet.
  10. Stir-fry turkey or possibly chicken in warm dressing for 2-3 min or possibly till done.
  11. Add in onion, honey and dill weed; heat through.
  12. Remove the skillet from heat.
  13. Immediately add in greens mix; lightly toss about 1 minute or possibly till greens begin to wilt.
  14. Serve at once, passing additional dressing.
  15. Season with salt and pepper.
  16. Serves 4.
