Crab And Shrimp Hot Dish

  1. In a buttered 2-quart casserole dish, combine the rice, green pepper, celery, onion and water chestnuts.
  2. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise and tomato juice.
  3. Stir in salt and pepper.
  4. Pour half of the mixture over rice.
  5. Arrange shrimp and crab around edge, leaving a hole in center.
  6. Pour rest of liquid over everything. Put almonds and cheese in center.
  7. Sprinkle with paprika.
  8. Bake, covered, in a preheated 350u0b0 oven for 30 minutes.
