Fiesta Chicken & Rice Bake -Karen Little

  1. Mix the soup, salsa, water, corn and rice in a 2-quart shallow baking dish.
  2. Top with the chicken and sprinkle with the paprika.
  3. Cover.
  4. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Sprinkle with the cheese.
