Peanut Butter or Cashew Butter Sauce

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor with 1/2 cup water.
  2. Go easy on the hot stuff, unless you definitely want a spicy sauce.
  3. Process until smoothly pureed.
  4. Heat gently in a small saucepan and use as desired.
