Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad
- 6 whole Chicken Breasts, Poached
- 1- 1/4 cup Plain Nonfat Yogurt
- 1/4 cups Lowfat Mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 18 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 4 stalks Celery, Thinly Sliced
- 1 cup Dried Cranberries
- 23 cups Walnuts, Chopped
- Chop the cooked chicken and combine with remaining ingredients.
- Thats all there is to this chicken salad!
- I love this served on croissants.
- Its also perfect on a bed of mixed greens.
