Salmon Caesar Salad

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Place fish in single layer in 8- or 9-inch square baking dish; brush with 2 Tbsp.
  3. dressing.
  4. Bake 15 to 17 min.
  5. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  6. Toss lettuce with croutons and remaining dressing; place on 4 serving plates.
  7. Top with fish and cheese.
