Ma-Po Tofu

  1. Heat oil and saute ginger and garlic until bouquet is released.
  2. Add ground sirloin and cook just until no longer pink.
  3. Stir in bean paste and mix well.
  4. Add tofu and stir until blended.
  5. Add stock, tamari and sugar; mix well.
  6. Thicken with potato starch mixed with a little bit of water.
  7. Add pepper, spring onion and sesame oil.
  8. Stir and serve.
