Crispy Fish with Sauteed Spinach

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cover baking sheet with parchment.
  3. Coat fish, 1 fillet at a time, with coating mix as directed on package; place on prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake 10 min.
  5. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  6. Meanwhile, heat dressing in large deep skillet on medium heat.
  7. Stir in garlic.
  8. Add spinach; cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
  9. or just until spinach is wilted.
  10. Sprinkle with nuts.
  11. Serve fish with spinach mixture and lemon wedges.
