Crispy Fish with Sauteed Spinach
- 1 lb. (450 g) tilapia fillets
- 1 pouch Shake'N Bake Extra Crispy Original Coating Mix
- 1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 16 cups loosely packed baby spinach leaves
- 2 Tbsp. sliced almonds, toasted
- 1/2 lemon, cut into 4 wedges
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Cover baking sheet with parchment.
- Coat fish, 1 fillet at a time, with coating mix as directed on package; place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake 10 min.
- or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Meanwhile, heat dressing in large deep skillet on medium heat.
- Stir in garlic.
- Add spinach; cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
- or just until spinach is wilted.
- Sprinkle with nuts.
- Serve fish with spinach mixture and lemon wedges.
