3 Utensil Cooking Tomato Soup
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon chicken base
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons half-and-half
- 1 garlic clove
- 14 12 ounces diced tomatoes
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender, such as a VitaMix.
- Blend for 4 minutes on high (VitaMix).
- Mixture will appear creamy and steaming.
- If not using a high-powered blender, blend for 2 minutes on highest setting and transfer to stovetop to complete cooking.
