Homemade Microwave Popcorn!
- 1 paper lunch sack
- 1/4 cup of popcorn
- finely ground salt
- olive, canola,
- butter
- Seasoning ideas
- coriander and cumin
- Parmesan and truffle oil
- paprika
- sun dried tomato oil and basil
- Pour the popcorn into the bag and fold the top over a few times to shut.
- You can tape it closed, but usually just folding is sufficient.
- Microwave for about 2 minutes.
- When it's all popped, empty into a bowl and get to seasoning.
- Melted butter of course is classic, but you can mist olive over the top also.
- Fat will help the spices stick but is totally optional.
