Stick to Your Teeth Chocolate Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a medium bowl in the top of a double boiler.
  3. Add condensed milk and stir until chocolate is well blended and mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from double boiler and add crumbs, salt, nuts and vanilla and stir until well combined.
  5. Work quickly as the mixture will become stiff.
  6. Using a spoon drop the mixture into rounded teaspoons on a greased cookie sheet.
  7. (I use cooking spray).
  8. Place a walnut half on each cookie.
  9. Bake for 10 minutes and quickly transfer to waxed paper.
