Healthy Oatmeal Walnut Bread (For the Bread Machine)
- 1 14 cups water
- 12 teaspoon yeast
- 1 cup wheat flour, whole grain
- 2 cups wheat flour, whole grain
- 12 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons gluten
- 12 cup walnut halves
- 2 tablespoons powdered milk
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 12 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Add water, yeast, and 1 cup flour to bread pan.
- Mix 10 minutes.
- Turn off/reset machine
- Add rest of ingredients in order given
- Program machine for to be finished the next morning (I used 'quick white' setting, 1 1/2 LB loaf, light crust).
- Press start
- Wake up to delicious bread!
