Low-Fat King Ranch Chicken Casserole

  1. Spray a 9 x 11-inch casserole dish with Pam.
  2. Crush Tostitos and spread in bottom of dish.
  3. Add diced chicken.
  4. Blend remaining ingredients except cheese.
  5. Pour over chicken.
  6. Top with cheese. Bake in 350u0b0 oven until bubbly for about 40 minutes.
  7. Serves 12. There are 3.5 grams of fat per serving, 150 calories per serving.
