Low carb chocolate chip cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Sift almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt into a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients (excluding chocolate chips) with an electric mixer.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips with a spoon.
  5. Scoop chocolate chip cookie double battery with a melon baller or small scooper onto baking sheet that has been greased.
  6. Bake 8 to 12 minutes or until slightly brown.
  7. Enjoy!
