Grilled Flank Steak With Herb Sauce

  1. Pour olive oil and vinegar in a blender,add onions,herb leaves,the jalapeno,and garlic.
  2. Blend until consistancy of a smooth paste.
  3. Add salt and pepper.
  4. Place steak in non-reactive pan,Cover with paste (reserving a small amount to seerve with meat.)
  5. Let sit at least one hour.
  6. Heat grill to medium-high.
  7. Sprinkle steak with additional salt and pepper if desired.
  8. Grill each side for 3-5 minutes for medium-rare (longer if desired) Slice and serve with remaining sauce.
