Cilantro-Chicken Salad

• 1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
• 2 tsp. soy sauce
• 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen Asian mixed vegetables, thawed, well drained
• 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
• 2 Tbsp. chopped PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts

1. Mix dressing, cilantro and soy sauce until blended.
2. Toss with combined vegetables and chicken in large bowl.
3. Top with nuts.
