Chile-Lemon Cauliflower

  1. Place a steamer basket in a medium saucepan with 2 inches simmering water.
  2. Add cauliflower; cover and steam until easily pierced with the tip of a paring knife, about 8 minutes.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and toss with lemon zest and juice and red-pepper flakes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve warm or at room temperature.
