Peanut Butter Chip Brownies

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
  3. In a large mixer bowl, beat butter, sugar, corn syrup and vanilla until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until well blended.
  5. In separate bowl, stir together the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; gradually blend into butter mixture.
  6. Stir in peanut butter chips.
  7. Spread into prepared pan.
  8. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brownies just begin to pull away from sides of pan.
  9. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
  10. Cut into bars.
  11. Makes about 36 brownies.
