Gourmet Parmesan Italian Pesto

  1. Place basil, cheese and garlic in food processor or blender; cover.
  2. With motor running, gradually add oil through feed tube at top of food processor, processing well after each addition.
  3. Transfer to small bowl.
  4. Add dressing mix; stir until well blended.
  5. Serve immediately.
  6. Or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
