Spicy Chicken Wings (Boneless Breasts) With Blue Cheese Dip
- 13 cup honey
- 12 cup chili sauce (Heavenly Chef Hunan Red Chile Sauce is the best taste I have found)
- 4 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 18 teaspoon ground ginger
- 18 teaspoon cumin
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 13 cups mayonnaise (if making dressing use 1 cup milk 1/3 cup mayo)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 12 teaspoon dry mustard
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 4 -6 ounces crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped fine
- For the chicken: In bowl mix all ingredients except chicken let marinade 1-4 hours.
- Remove chicken from marinade (reserve the marinade) and cook in a skillet.
- When chicken is almost cooked (drain any extra chicken juices) add the marinade cook until the sauce thickens and chicken is cooked through.
- For the Dressing: Add all ingredients together and refrigerate till chilled.
