Turkey Meatloaf with Tomatoes, Mozzarella and Basil
- 1 lb. (450 g) lean ground turkey
- 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1 cup Classico di Napoli Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
- 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups grape tomatoes
- 1/3 cup loosely packed slivered fresh basil
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Mix all ingredients except tomatoes and basil just until blended.
- Press into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray; top with tomatoes.
- Bake 50 min or until done (165 degrees F).
- Top with basil.
